My Story

For years, I was like many of the women I now serve—burnt out, overwhelmed, and disconnected from who I truly was.

As a mom of two young girls, I dedicated myself to my family, trying to create the perfect life for them. But in the process, I lost myself in the midst of motherhood. I didn’t know what I wanted, who I was at my core, or how to escape the cycle of survival mode. I was living for everyone else, but I had left myself behind. I felt stuck and unfulfilled despite what appeared to be the “perfect life” to outsiders.

My turning point came when I began healing from complex childhood trauma...

...with the help of a young psychic who became my mentor.

This opened my eyes to a whole new realm—I discovered that I was being supported by my spirit guides all along. They had been guiding me toward healing, empowerment, and a deeper connection with my Higher Self.

For the first time, I realized I could live as my authentic self, from my heart, and no longer just from a place of survival. Without feeling guilty for putting myself first.

I didn’t grow up knowing I was psychic

I always had a deep sense of knowing things I couldn’t explain and could feel other people’s emotions—like their grief, sadness, and anxiety—without any clear evidence. But it wasn’t until my 30s that I realized these were my psychic gifts, especially claircognizance (clear knowing) and clairsentience (clear feeling).

My spirit guides had been with me my whole life, even when I didn’t know it. Once I tuned into their presence and my own intuition, my life transformed, and I began to live in alignment with my soul’s purpose.

I deepened my spiritual practice by working with internationally known psychic mediums and spiritual coaches. Being mentored by people living in their own soul purpose showed me what was possible for me, and I fully stepped into my soul path as a Certified Intuitive Guide, Shamanic Healer, and Akashic Record Channeler.

Now, I help women reconnect with their intuition, heal deep emotional wounds, and reclaim their power so they can live confidently and joyfully as their true Higher Self. I’ve guided many women to embrace their soul gifts, with several going on to start businesses that reflect their authentic calling.

Balancing spirituality with success as a wife, mother, and entrepreneur is something I’m deeply committed to.
